Canada’s Building Trades Unions has been advocating for years with the government for regulatory efficiency to ensure major projects get built faster.

Legislation currently before the House of Commons – Bill C-5, An Act to enact the Free Trade and Labour Mobility in Canada Act and the Building Canada Act will do exactly that. This is the kind of game-changing legislation that CBTU and our signatory contractors have been advocating for.
