Ces sources de financement essentielles ont permis \u00e0 nos centres de formation syndicale d'am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la formation des apprentis, d\u00e9j\u00e0 de premier ordre, et d'am\u00e9liorer la diversit\u00e9 et l'inclusion dans les m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, en augmentant le nombre de femmes, d'Autochtones et de membres de groupes vis\u00e9s par l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 qui trouvent une carri\u00e8re \u00e0 vie dans les m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.  Bien que ces programmes aient \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s, le soutien \u00e0 l'infrastructure des b\u00e2timents et des salles de classe reste un obstacle majeur \u00e0 l'expansion et \u00e0 l'\u00e9largissement de la capacit\u00e9 de formation de nos centres de formation syndicaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les Syndicats des m\u00e9tiers de la construction du Canada recommandent que le gouvernement du Canada mette en place un fonds d'infrastructure d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation syndicale, financ\u00e9 par les fonds suivants <em>Innovation, sciences et d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique Canada <\/em>(ISED), et administr\u00e9 en partenariat avec <em>Emploi et d\u00e9veloppement social Canada <\/em>(EDSC) dans le cadre de l'infrastructure existante du PFIMS. Un tel fonds pourrait s'inspirer du <em>Fonds d'investissement strat\u00e9gique pour les \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement postsecondaire<\/em> qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite dans le budget 2016 et qui pr\u00e9voyait un financement allant jusqu'\u00e0 50% des co\u00fbts du projet pour les investissements admissibles, mais qui n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 la disposition des centres de formation syndicale. Nous recommandons au gouvernement d'\u00e9laborer un mod\u00e8le de financement 70\/30 parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le de financement en partenariat 50\/50 pour les investissements dans l'infrastructure des salles de classe, qui reconna\u00eet la diversit\u00e9 de l'infrastructure syndicale dans toutes les r\u00e9gions du Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Un tel financement \"Brique et Mortier\" amplifierait les engagements annuels de $300 millions de nos affili\u00e9s syndicaux, permettant \u00e0 nos centres de formation syndicaux de maximiser les investissements PFIMS existants et d'accro\u00eetre la capacit\u00e9 de formation pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande de main-d'\u0153uvre pr\u00e9vue dans le cadre de la transition vers une \u00e9conomie nette z\u00e9ro, et aux objectifs nationaux de construction de logements. Les Syndicats des m\u00e9tiers de la construction du Canada ont identifi\u00e9 plus de 24 projets d'agrandissement de salles de classe et de construction d'installations de formation pr\u00eats \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer qui pourraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'un tel financement, ce qui augmenterait consid\u00e9rablement la capacit\u00e9 de formation dans tout le Canada.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12f9668 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12f9668\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title
